Account Executive Tracking Code 20120134 Job Description Personal Risk Management Solutions (PRMS) is a successful entrepreneurial company looking to add an Account Executive to their growingPrivateClient Servicesteam, servicing the Tri-State area. The Account Executive, Private Client Service position is the lead contact for our high net worth clients and their families and will involve building positive and impressive long term relationships with them. The boutique personal insurance brokerage services affluent households in the areas of: home, auto, watercraft, fine art, valuable, and excess liability. PRMS is backed by Emigrant Bank. Key responsibilities will include communicating and visiting with clients, family offices, wealth advisors and responding to their questions, contacting them for necessary follow-ups, managing endorsements, answering coverage questions and being a resource. Required Skills * Market all new lines of business for existing clients from start to finish: run reports, conduct research and contact third parties for additional information and prepare proposals. * Build relationships with and negotiate directly with the insurance companies to ensure the most beneficial terms and conditions for our clients. * Function as project manager for the renewal process. Work with team members to develop annual reviews including preparing strategic summary and execute renewal reviews for assigned clients. * Coordinate communication with sales team on clients. Build effective working relationships with sales team. * Produce weekly and monthly reports based on business activity. * Responsible for select projects on an ongoing basis that will primarily be marketing and customer focused. * Assist with training, claims and renewals as needed. * Assist with general office needs (phones, scanning, copying, etc.) Required Experience * Bachelor''s degree or current pursuit of a bachelor's degree is required. * A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Personal Lines Service capability (Knowledge of Chubb, Ace, Chartis, Fireman's Fund, Progressive and Travelers personal insurance products is required). * Excellent judgment skills required with considerable concentration and attention to detail. * Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are a must. * Excellent oral and written communication skills required. * A people person\" with superior client service orientation. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once. * Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently, prioritize and be comfortable asking questions.
