Job Description:

Assist the Finance department in generating and analyzing various sales reports and other financial data.


Required Skills:
Excellent computer skills a must

Excellent communication and follow up skills a must

Proficient with Microsoft Excel (V Look-Up and Pivot tables required) and Outlook

Detail oriented and well organized

Ability to work well as a team member and a service provider

Excellent time management

An open mind and a willingness to learn

This p​osition is the point person for coordinating and sorting data for purposes of commission and royalty calculation. Will also assist in AP duties including but not limited to cost quotes and cost applications. The Accounting Assistant and Analyst will report to the Assistant Controller.

Provide sales team with Daily Sales Report

Enter all applicable cost invoices to containers

Provide cost quotes to our product development dept.

Complete and analyze Monthly GP Sales Report

Assist in month end close by analyzing general ledger expense accounts

Calculate monthly commissions and royalties

Generate various reports and interpret data

Assist in annual audits.

Assist with AP duties such as vendor account reconciliation and data entry.

Research item cost discrepancies.

Respond to sales department inquiries regarding commissions and other requested reports
Work Hours:
8:30-5:30
