About the Job

Our company is seeking a full time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to handle day to day office administration, accounting, payroll, banking, scheduling appointments
answering phones and other general office duties. Position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm

Qualifications of the ideal candidate:

3+ years of experience in Accounting, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; Quickbooks experience a must
Union Payroll and Certified payroll experience helpful.

Experience in Office Management or related duties

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Detail oriented and organized

Able to maintain current corporate insurances

Ability to work independently, with occasional time alone in the office

Flexibilty to deal with ever-changing business demands
