Generate, review, analyze and communicate financial data that reflects actual financial performance. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Prepare journal entries and keep journal entry books with appropriate backup for reference. Maintain details of income, including reviewing weekly accounts payable; reconciling multiple accounts and assisting external accountants with taxes and financial analysis. Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports to be used by management. Ensure balance sheet accounts (fixed asset, prepaids, accruals) are reconciled on a monthly basis.
