Role Description **This is a 10-12 week opportunity for the Summer of 2013; targeting full-time, 1st-year MBA students who are graduating in the Spring of 2014. Students must be authorized to work on a full-time, permanent basis in the U.S.**The company is currently recruiting for our Finance Summer Associate program which provides the company with a superior talent pool for full-time opportunities in the Finance Rotational Development Program and direct hire positions in the Finance business unit. Finance Summer Associates work on meaningful projects, addressing key business issues and needs. Past interns have worked on projects such as budgeting and forecasting, evaluation of outsourcing possibilities, pricing issues and drivers, risk management, capital structure, cash flow management, co-promotion profit split models, investment model development, and analysis of LOE (loss of exclusivity) impact.Our Summer Associates receive hands-on supervision, direct interaction with senior level Finance colleagues, and opportunities to network with Finance colleagues at all levels. Qualifications - Ideal candidates would have a work history that includes two full time positions AND at least 3 years of work experience. - Candidates must also possess an undergraduate degree and currently be enrolled in a full time MBA program. - Candidates must possess strong financial skills as well as a proven record in analytics, leadership and communication.
