Grant Accountant (Temporary/Full Time) - National League for Nursing (New York, NY)

REPORTS TO: NLN CFO

HOURS: 35 hours/week

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Develop procedures and oversee the accounting of grants in accordance with financial policies, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.

Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports related to all grants.

Interface with other departments in the preparation of grant reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in accounting, with a minimum of 4 years experience in grant accounting, including both private and governmental grants. Computer literacy, including Excel, word processing and accounting systems such as iMIS and/or Solomon.
