A diversified fixed income fund is looking for a Management Company Controller. You will work on weekly vendor accounting, as well as bi-weekly payroll accounting. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong management accounting experience.

Job Description

As the Controller, you will work on:

• Accounts Payable

• Control timing and amount of vendor payments

• Maintain vendor contract files

• Review all professional services invoices

• Manage and negotiate contract amendments and terminations

• Obtain W – 9’s

• Pay invoices on QB’s

• Code invoice for accounting

• Lease payments

Required Skills

• BA in Accounting

• Management company experience from a fund

• Straight private or a combination of public and private accounting experience

• Management reporting experience

• A/P experience

• Tax knowledge
