We have a high producing mortgage team with a world class sales staff. I am looking for a few loan officers that wants to join a team that will allow him or her to reach their full potential. I will provide several different sources of leads on a daily basis and you’ll be given enough to far exceed expectations. Most importantly, you will receive the support that’s necessary to truly become successful. You’ll receive support both on the sales and operations side. Under my structure, you’ll spend more time selling and originating loans, rather than prospecting or putting paperwork together. I have sales assistants on staff to support my loan officers. The objective will be to allow and support the candidate to close more loans, make more money and reach their full potential.

NMLS Number and state licensing is required. I will need the candidate to be approved in at least one state to be considered. We can work to add states after employment.

Job Summary
The candidates will be receiving inbound calls (as a lead source from prospects) and also be required to make outbound calls as well. The candidate will work directly with a sales assistant to streamline the process and close as many loans as possible.
We are looking for a motivated professional with a positive attitude that wants to work in a commission/bonus structure. In addition to the provided leads, within my structure, we will work together to network and build referral sources as well.
To succeed in this position, you must simply possess a positive attitude, have a desire to learn and work well with others who will be helping you accomplish and exceed production goals.

The compensation is aggressive. You receive a hourly wage that also allows for overtime. In addition, you’ll receive an aggressive payout per loan.

When mortgage bankers don't have agency approvals, they must send files out of state for a prolonged underwriting and closing process. All of our Mortgage loans are serviced in-house by dedicated compliance, underwriting and processing teams.
