Personal Banking Representative II - 20th Street Job ID 53268 Location New York;New Jersey Full/Part Time Full-Time Regular/Temporary Regular Schedule Details/Location This full time position is located at 169 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10011 Job Duties Actively sells Sovereign Banks products and services Assists CBO and CSM in assuring that the physical security of the Branch is not compromised Determines the financial needs of each customer, matches this to the appropriate Sovereign product or service and delivers the product or service in a manner which satisfies the customer Guides and directs customers in selection of products Helps PBRs and CSRs with escalated service issues Meets and exceeds personal/sales goals and actively participates in all Branch sales marketing activities Opens new accounts with no errors Processes loan applications and closes loans according to guidelines Takes personal ownership of providing quality customer service by handling telephone and in bank inquiries which exceed customer expectations Qualifications HS Graduate or Equivalent Internal: Twelve months experience as a PBR. External: Eighteen months experience as a new account representative.
