Job Description

As a part of the Credit Services division , the Sales Lead for Commercial Real Estate Lending Support Services (for Portfolio/CMBS/Agency Lending, Securitization and Loan Servicing) will be responsible for leading the sales process for our CRE Lending, Securitization and Loan Servicing support services division. This division provides analytical support, due diligence, underwriting, securitization and loan servicing support functions to the CRE industry, including commercial banks, GSEs, loan originators and loan servicers. The Sales lead is responsible for consultative and strategic sales activities, from lead generation through close. The Sales Lead will work closely with clients to address issues, identify opportunities, and will be responsible for the achievement of revenue generation, sales targets, customer satisfaction and long-term account goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an aggressive sales strategy to meet the needs of the CRE lending community
  • Achieve revenue goals
  • Achieve renewal/retention goals
  • Responsible for ownership of the account management and renewal strategies
  • Coordinate and communicate with appropriate Executive on sales pipeline, new opportunities and renewals
  • Participate in industry related activities
  • Train, develop, and mentor client managers and motivate team to meet and exceed yearly revenue goals
  • Travel extensively up to 80%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with client facing consulting and sales engagements
  • Minimum of 7 years experience working in the CRE lending, securitization and servicing industry with expert level knowledge of the CRE market
  • Bachelor's degree
