SEC / External Reporting Professional - Resources Global Professionals (New York, NY)

We are seeking highly motivated SEC/External Reporting professionals with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and/or private industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience. 4-year college degree required, MBA or MS in Accounting preferred. CPA strongly preferred.

Professional Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• SEC reporting (preparation of Forms 10Q/10K/S1/MD&A/Footnotes)

• Accounting Policy GAAP/FASB research/IFRS

• GAAP accounting, consolidations, monthly close

• Preparation of Regulatory Reporting forms (e.g., FR Y-9C) a plus

• Advanced Excel skills and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly
