We are a boutique support and consulting firm that specializes in selected web-based business applications; specializing in Talent Management Systems.
We strive to provide superior service to our customers (large or small) while solving cloud based software issues. We are seeking to hire an Account Executive for our growing organization.
Job Duties:
Understand all products and services offered by Acuity in detail
Respond to lead inquiries via phone or email
Making sales calls to sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Recommending solutions to clients to solve issues
Lead generation
Updates Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue
Ensures that organizational services consistently meet client needs
May be responsible for providing sales quotations as well as sustaining and renewing client contracts
Mentors less experienced sales team members
Job Qualifications:
Superb presentation skills
Above average client relationship building skills
Ability to sell
High energy level; positive attitude
Prospecting skills
Ability to meet sales goals
High level of creativity
Ability to work independently
Motivation for sales
Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
5+ years of experience in sales or similar job field
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
Other Job Details:
Location: This is a home based position
Compensation: This is a commission based position with profit sharing, high potential and no cap.
