Job Description

This dynamic, growing, local company is currently looking to add a Senior Accountant to their premier finance team. If you desire a great opportunity for growth and a challenging work environment this select opportunity may be for you.

Responsible include:

• Revenue, equity, investments, GAAP & IFRS knowledge
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Monthly account analyses and account reconciliation
• Analysis of complex transactions and proposal of the appropriate accounting treatment
• Intercompany analysis and reconciliation
• Consolidations of subsidiary divisions
• Assist in the coordination and completion of the year-end audit
• Calculate and circulate the amount of costs to be shared between various entities within the group
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax professionals and international financial management on tax and accounting related issues
• Perform ad hoc analysis and work on special projects for management

Skills and Knowledge:
• CPA & Public/Private experience a must
• US GAAP knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Preferably having consolidation experience and working with a consolidation software application.

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Minimum Years of Experience:
• 4 to 6 years experience (preferably a combination of both public and private experience)

Special Requirements of the Position:
• Organized, analytical and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with senior management

Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000
