Senior Analyst / Associate - Atwood Capital Partners (New York, NY)

Job Description: The Senior Analyst / Associate will work on a variety of transactions, including M&A advisory assignments, private placements, and other strategic advisory assignments. Job Qualifications: - A team player who can manage multiple project tasks effectively - 1-3 years of work experience at an investment bank (or similar institution), preferably in M&A - Experience with financial modeling and corporate valuations - Excellent analytical, research, writing and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Working knowledge of CapIQ - Organized, thorough, and detail oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines - High level of energy, motivation and integrity - Series 7/79/63 preferred, or required within 90 days The candidate should have an entrepreneurial focus and be interested in joining a growing platform.
