Senior Financial Analyst - PRIDE Health (New York, NY)

Prestigious for-profit healthcare company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with strong mergers and acquisition (M&A) experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial information including leading the forecast process, designing business review presentation, managing the monthly review of actuals process and the monthly forecast process so that deadlines are met, and providing financial data and explanations in areas such as monthly reporting, management, trend analysis and special projects. Additional responsibilities include leading the budget process, assisting in the delivering of budget with clear articulation of risks and opportunities, assessing impacts of assigned department spending proposals, and identifying and investigating significant variances. Qualified individuals will have strong finance and accounting skills with at least five years of progressing leadership experience within the finance function. Prior experience within service or retail environment highly preferred. Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. A MBA or CPA preferred. Experience working within a healthcare sector not required.
