Staff Accountant - Addison Group (New York, NY)

High end consumer apparel company has an excellent opportunity for a staff accountant. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of public accounting or retail experience. An eagerness to grow into a senior accountant and manager is also ideal, as is someone who is very advanced in Excel. The staff accountant's main responsibilities include: weekly/monthly journal entry preparation, account analysis, reconciliations, accounts payable, someone who can drive initiatives, and is truly a team player. This is a great, fun work envirornment, with extremly low turnover.
