Reporting to the Sr. Staff Accountant with direct access to the CFO, the individual in this position will have the opportunity to not only sharpen their accounting skills, but also to work with colleagues in all departments located all over the globe. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:· Accounts Payable management· Code and enter invoices· Follow-up on approvals· Verify amounts being charged against contracts or Purchase Orders· Work with CFO on disbursement strategy· Make payments – issue checks and prepare wires from multiple global operating accounts· Manage stipend and billable expense tracking, invoicing and payments· Assist with Accounts Receivable invoicing and collections· Oversee bank and general ledger reconciliations· Manage financial reporting· Assist with Human Resources requests as neededRequirementsRequirements:* Associates degree in Accounting with 5 years experienceorBachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2-3 years experience* Must be very detail oriented* Strong communication skills* Energetic with impeccable work ethic* Highly proficient in Excel* Experience in the Intacct Accounting system a plusBenefits:We value our employees’ time and efforts.
