In the Vice President role you will provide leadership to one of our strategic "Mega-Teams". Responsibilities include:
* Creating a vision for the team to achieve revenue objectives
* Engaging with our Strategic Account’s executive management in order to create and develop client loyalty that results in greater shares of client expenditures for Experian solutions
* Identifying and removing any barriers to achieving goals
* Providing guidance and direction to the Account Executives and other members of the Mega Team (both direct reports and non) that will foster success and skill set improvement
* Perform management functions in the area of monthly reporting and region tracking
* Build and execute a new vertical strategy to address new opportunities across the Experian CSDA North America Client set.
* Provide strategic direction and tactical insights to refine the go to market strategy for Experian’s Retail Bank/Deposits initiatives.
Qualifications
* BS/BA Degree in general business, marketing or related major required, MBA Preferred
* Minimum of five years successful management or sales management experience
* Understanding of credit services and decision analytics solutions, credit decisioning and credit scoring applications
* Ability to establish consultative business relationships with existing and new contacts within the organization.
* Ability to think strategically and respond tactically
* Ability to effectively interact with senior level executives
* Outstanding people management, leadership and developmental skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully relate to people at all levels
* Ability to establish crystal clear expectations
* Excellent organizational, goal setting, analytical and planning skills
* Ability to travel
