Local company looking to hire an energetic and capable Admin Assistant for its office in the Suffern/NJ border area (Full-Time - will be flexible with hours for right candidate).

Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge and pleasant phone manner, be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and must be highly organized.

Duties include answering phones, updating & reconciling Quickbooks, organize schedules, errands (i.e. bank runs), occasional research and general office tasks. Knowledge of Quickbooks a must. Possible potential for Inside Sales Support option as well.
