Part time position with possibility of transition to full time

Aimée Wilder Designs is a Home Fashions Company focused on designer wallpapers, fabrics and rugs. We are searching for the right candidate to join our hardworking and fun team. This person should be excited by what they do, as well as willing to grow with our company.

This position works closely with the owner/CEO to provide comprehensive support to business operations as well as assistance to the design team and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and support for small team in home/studio office setting
• Respond to general enquiries: email, phone, etc.
• Manage client and vendor communications
• Assist in communication with PR firm
• Process customer orders
• Ensure website and social media platforms are current and relevant
• Maintain payroll and benefits software
• Assist design team in organization/archival systems
• Monitor inventories
• Place supply orders when appropriate
• Ensure all bills and invoices are paid
• Manage CEO's correspondence and calendar
• Run office and personal errands when necessary
• Assist in the hiring and management of interns
• Assist in photo shoots, trade shows, etc.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac Platform
• Able to communicate quickly and effectively
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Capable of managing multiple projects at once
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Quickbooks and bookkeeping skills a plus
• Experience with Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator a plus
• Multi-lingual a plus
