Compensation: $29.69 to $34.38 per hour
A Midtown Fashion company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who is also willing to provide Sales Support. This position is Temp to Perm and has room for growth within the company. Responsibilities will include but not limited to answering phones, making travel arrangements, light account processes, dealing with vendors, assisting lawyers and other basic office duties.
Ideal candidate is someone who is sharp, eager to learn, can multi-task and has the ability to work independently as well as with others at all levels within the company. Basic computer knowledge a must! Administrative Assistant will be working directly with the Mexico branch, therefore, must be Bi-lingual.
Salary based on experience. RequirementsBasic Office Skills, Basic MS Excel, Basic MS Word, Basic MS Outlook, None, None None.
