We are seeking an Admnistrative Assistant with 3-5 years experience in Human Resources. Our client is a large, well known media company looking for an upbeat star who is a pro in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) , Word and PowerPoint (Smart Art) as well as experience in PeopleSoft 8. The successful candidate will report to VP of HR.
Administrative duties will encompmass everything from travel arrangements to data entry, ensure databases and filing systems meet regulatory and corporate standards; produce monthly reports; assist with new hires; process bills and PO's, expense reports as well as preparing other sensitive documents and reports. This is a temporary position. The rate indicated is not guarranteed and is dependent upon relevant experience, ability with stated programs and knowledge of HR arena. Background checks will be performed.
