Job Requirements **KYC and AML investigations experience required. No advanced degrees and would also like to steer away from those individuals who have primarily worked in the securities/broker areas.** NOTE: Special consideration will be given to those candidates that have experience with writing and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for FINCEN, intermediate - advanced excel skills (stats and graphs etc.), organization and multi-tasking skills. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Provides reporting and analysis on all activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing or other related financial crimes. II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Review Customer Information Files from all banking areas which match individual names and entities identified by government sources and reports as suspected or affiliated with terrorism or money laundering or other financial crimes. 2. Produce Letters, reports, memoranda, forms, schedules, etc., utilizing various PC-based software packages or other typing equipment, composing items from general outlines or own initiative. 3. Open and screen mail and respond to routine correspondence and inquiries; receive and screen telephone calls and visitors. 4. Provide operational support to all investigative units within the group. 5. Complete other related duties as assigned and support the Company's Diversity programs. III. DECISION-MAKING/PROBLEM-SOLVING The position makes decisions within assigned authority. Decisions beyond assigned authority are referred to higher management for approval. Ensuring management awareness of suspected criminal activity. IV. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES This position requires an individual with: Minimum of two years operations experience or equivalent. Minimum of an Associate's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, communications and decision-making skills. Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages. Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality, adhere to established deadlines and deal with difficult customers or suspicious transactions. Flexibility to work alternate schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Salary/Wage: up to $33/hr (based on experience)
