An architectural glass & metal contractor located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in the construction field. Construction industry background and experience a MUST. MS Office skills are required.

We are seeking a Team player who is able to multi-task and assist as necessary. English speaking ability is a MUST, in additional to efficient writing and communication skills. Candidate should be neat and organized.

Job Description:
Answering Phones, take messages.
Assist with bookkeeping duties, create file folders perform filing duties.
Special projects as they come up are part of job description.
Strong Administrative Support is part of the job description.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
