Responsibilities:
General Office Tasks
Answer phones, direct client calls, and take messages
Maintain a clean and organized office space
Maintenance office supplies and snacks
Accept, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Meeting preparation and breakdown
Executive Asst Tasks
Maintain company president’s calendar schedule and daily agenda
Errands for company president as needed
Prepare and send out colleague and client gifts
Occasional help planning company events and travel
Ticketing & Group Sales
Distribute and manage ticketing orders
Manage group sales outreach & bookings for select clients
Print Orders
Gather quotes/estimates and approvals for client print orders
Communicate with vendors for production

Skills & Requirements:
Must be extremely organized and detail­-oriented, able to work in a fast-­paced environment on tight deadlines and changing priorities
Proofreading and proper spelling are a must!
Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides (comparable to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must possess proficient typing skills - minimum of 60 WPM required
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Must be OK reporting to and communicating with remote employees on a daily basis

Compensation:
$35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience.
