Looking for a PART-TIME Executive Assistant for New York based Broadway Producer and Business Owner.

This will be a satisfying role that will interface with most areas of the principal’s professional life. Duties might include, but are not limited too:

-Meticulous organization
-Procuring office and household equipment, supplies and services as needed
-Organizing and managing an ever-changing calendar
-Financial oversight; includes bookkeeping, bill payments, expenses, reporting, budgets, etc.
-Conducting research pertaining to professional production business
-Shopping, executing special requests, errands and related duties as needed
-Maintain contact information
-Drafting correspondences
-Create content and manage Facebook posts and MailChimp blasts
-Creating travel itineraries for domestic travel
-Organizing and prioritizing principal’s time and promptness
-Running errands and handling special requests as needed
-Must be easy going, sharply focused, and empathetic

Pay is $10/hour for 15-20 hours per week; Monday thru Friday. (Additional compensation for specific productions)
