We’re looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper/accountant for our growing management office. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years experience in this field and proficiency in QuickBooks. They will report to the Partners and office manager daily.

Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping daily records
• Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
• Keep expense records organized
• Process Payroll tax returns
• Multitask other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in bookkeeping/ accounting
• Associates Degree in Accounting/ Finance
• Solid background in QuickBooks
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out task independently
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Polished appearance
