The Registrar s Office is looking for a student team member to assist in improving the document management of our office.

Responsibilities will mostly be based on project work and will include the following:

* Organize and improve paper student files

* Prepare files of graduated and withdrawn students for storage in periodic file purges

* Checking in new documents and preparing them for scanning and/or filing

* Other projects as needed, including transcript packaging, diploma packaging and mailing, etc.
