World's largest DIY Community is hiring a receptionist / entry-level office manager who is proficient in Microsoft Office and basic photo editing.

DIY community, Hometalk is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist / entry-level Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors, schedule appointments and manage conference rooms
Answer telephones, take and retrieve messages for various personnel and provide callers with company website and other related information
Receive, sorts and forward incoming mail; coordinate the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and run errands
Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Assist with billing and business management
