Job Description

The Grand Healthcare System operates nursing homes around New York State. Our corporate office located in Whitestone NY, has multiple open Positions:

Finance Manager – This position will be responsible for working with executive leadership to lead the day to day financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and decision support, while also providing strong financial controls. (S)He will report to the CFO, while being a team leader and will work cross-functionally throughout the Finance department and with other departments and business units.

Corporate Sales Manager – This position will manage a team of 15 people for 6 different Nursing Homes in different locations around New York State to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives. (S)He will collaborate with the Director of Operations in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. They will also establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

Bookkeeper – We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. You will post information to accounting journals/software and reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy.

Director of HMO Contracting – ensure that all of our skilled nursing facilities are negotiating and securing the proper HMO contracts and authorizations. Must have a good working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicaid, HMO’s MLTC’s, I-SNP, FIDA, and Commercial insurances.
