An established midtown company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the office. This position is Full Time and has room for growth within the company. Responsibilities:
Answer phones, transfer calls, customer relations
Handle incoming & outgoing calls and schedule appointments
must be willing to train
Handle facility issues within office
Word processing, file, fax, and general office duties
utilizing MS Office, and other basic office duties
