We are looking for a part-time assistant who is a multi-tasking expert with responsibility for running all client related activity and internal communication within our multiple businesses.

This position requires excellent personal presentation, appearance, and communication skills as you will be interacting daily with high profile clients, senior attorneys, fund managers, and finance executives. Candidate will be reporting directly to a senior manager in the New York office.

Preference will be given to applicants with an interest in style/fashion.

- Answer incoming calls and emails and communicate effectively with high-level contacts
- Maintain and manage calendar/contacts in Outlook
- General administrative duties including data entry, order processing, copying, filing, and sending out materials
- Handle high-end men's custom clothing with professional care and attention to detail
- Inventory management -- suits, shirts, ties, accessories, etc
- Handle daily shipments of clothing both to and from our factories in the US
- Assist with personal work as needed

- Must be extremely detailed, good at multi-tasking and a self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well versed in MS Office particularly Outlook/Excel with familiarity in using/maintaining standard office equipment
- Able to handle creative projects and develop ideas into presentations
