Do you have what it takes to provide executive-level support, pay attention to crucial details and apply your interpersonal skills? If so, this opportunity may be for you. Must be a forward thinker who can anticipate the needs of the CEO. This is an opportunity to collaborate with an innovative businesswoman and to work in, and on, a growing business.

The purpose of the role is to make the CEO better, faster, and more effective by creating capacity for her to focus on the most important, strategic aspects of the business. For the right individual, this unique role will serve as an unparalleled opportunity to learn firsthand what it takes to lead and manage a high-growth business. The ideal individual is highly ambitious in his/her pursuit of company growth and achieving excellence but is also humble enough to do any task needing to be done. One of the greatest aspects of the role is the things which you will be exposed to, including how big decisions are made. We are seeking someone who understands that their #1 priority is the CEO. Your job is to help the CEO be successful, in turn ensuring your own success.

First and foremost, your job is to do whatever the CEO asks so that you can make their life easier. The role will encompass a wide variety of executive and personal duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

Maintaining discipline, discretion and professional appearance as you represent the CEO;

Ensure that the executive is informed at all times of scheduled commitments.
Provide personal support such as coordinating personal appointments, travel and errands
Often corresponding or drafting correspondence on the CEO's behalf
Deputising for the CEO, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence; following up on results.

Experience in a fast paced startup would be relevant but no particular type of experience is a prerequisite, as the right candidate will be someone who can quickly learn to do things they’ve never done before; with a pleasant, can-do attitude and desire to jump in and master a diverse set of personal and administrative tasks.
This is not a role for someone who has had a long and successful administrative career (i.e., Executive Assistant), as this is not a purely administrative role.
