Personal Assistant

Currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to fill an opening working with a prominent Philanthropist and College Trustee/Chair living in the New York City area. The ideal PA will be well-read, have excellent writing skills, interested in current events, arts, lifestyle and health/wellness and have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in an Executive Personal Assistant role in NYC.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant

Arrange Meetings
Monitor Business and Personal deadlines
Book travel arrangements (domestic and international) and coordinate itineraries
Organize and manage expenses
Prepare for meetings and prioritize scheduling of commitments
Manage clothing archive system and assist wardrobe preparation
Prepare all forms of written documents on behalf of principal
Requirements of the Personal Assistant

Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience in NYC
Prior experience working out of a home office
Facility with MAC and Ipad, MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Social media: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Experience managing a busy calendar
Experience booking domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries
Excellent writing skills
MUST submit writing sample
MUST be willing to submit background and reference checks
