Seeking PT Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Family Real Estate Company Seeking PT Office Manager/Bookkeeper (15-20 hours/week; flexible days).
Responsibilities include:
· managing multiple accounts in QuickBooks
· fluency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· all receipts and disbursements for 9 entities
· monthly tenant invoicing
· tracking all tenant rental income in each tenant’s record
· billing additional charges when necessary, including RE Taxes, Utilities, etc.
· monitoring SCRIE tenants
· all registrations (annual rent registrations, RPIE, annual building registrations, etc.)
· new tenant leases and lease renewals for existing tenants
· produce monthly and year end reports for each entity
· willing to develop expertise with Lease Hold program
· various projects, as needed
