Handle all aspects of administrative assistance, including the preparation of memos, letters, presentations, and reports in a timely and professional manner. Handle, direct and screen telephone inquiries and meeting requests. Maintenance of calendar, including handling of last minute schedule conflicts. Handle travel arrangements and travel expense reports. Maintain filing system; prioritize email, mail and messages. Proven ability to be proactive and make prioritization decisions. Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure coverage for all executives. Respond to requests made by Executive's direct reports. Coordination and implementation of special projects. Manage secure and sensitive information.
