We are seeking a Receptionist to join our awesome team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

You will work side by side with our other Receptionist and Office Manager to learn processes needed to complete the job requirements.

Responsibilities are:

Greet Customers as they enter the Showroom
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
Collect Customer Payments
Processing of Shipped Orders
Accurate filing of paperwork
Reconciliation of Cash drawer at end of day
Perform all other office tasks as required
Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
Other:

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not a requirement
