What you'lldo:

Provide administrative support tothe corporate Law, Compliance, and Communication management team of Gartner,Inc. Perform complex and detail oriented administrative duties underminimal supervision. Assignments involve work of highly confidentialnature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information, requiring considerablediscretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.

* Primary business unitcontact for input & processing of i-Procurement requests.

* Provide departmentadministrative support including:

* Mailing, faxing, orarranging for the delivery of various forms of correspondence

* Making photocopies /scans of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter

* Collecting corporatesignatures

* Filing (both electronicand hard copy)

* Provide personaladministrative support including:

* Organizing meetings(schedule conference rooms, manage Outlook invitations)

* Booking travel arrangements

* Order supplies

* Assist attorneys incollecting information (employment or other records).

* Track compliance toannual notice / re-certification obligations (both electronic response &hard copy).

* Attend meetings as required; take notes. Draft and type various letters and memos.

Job Requirements:

What you'llneed:

* Bachelor Degree,preferred

* 5-8 years relatedadministrative experience, preferably at an executive level

* Masterful competence ofMS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

* Excellent written andverbal communications skills.

* Ability to handleconfidential matters and interact with executive levels of the organization.

* Competence to workindependently and use own discretion when faced with routine decision making.

* Demonstrated strongorganizational and time management skills.

* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adaptto changing and evolving work priorities and demands in a fast pacedenvironment
