Midtown based Private Equity firm is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partner. This role will support the head of the office (the Managing Partner) and will provide some very light back up administrative work to 1 Vice President. The ideal candidate is polished, friendly and professional who has superior organizational skills and is highly self-motivated. Responsibilities include: - Provide administrative support for Managing Partner (Manage calendars, screen emails and phone calls, prepare travel arrangements, update expense reports) - Draft letters and documents (must be comfortable with drafting letters/documents via dictation). - Coordinate all meetings with research team, conferences, lunches and other events - Provide ad hoc administrative support to 1 analyst - Provide some ad hoc personal support for Managing Partner (prepare travel arrangements for family vacations) - May complete ad-hoc long term projects Requirements: - 5-7+ years of administrative experience - Proactive - Ability to be a team player and work closely with other assistants - Good working knowledge of Excel and Word. Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus - Flexible attitude and ability to think on your feet - Strong communication skills - High level of organizational skills - 4 year undergraduate degree required Hours: 8:30 - 6:00pm Compensation: Competitive DOE + bonus eligible + excellent benefits (100% Healthcare, plus 401K + company retirement plan).
