Front Cover shows minor wear with a small amount of creasing.
Spine shows minor wear but is intact.
Cover appears to have been repaired along spine from bottom staple down.
Back cover has 2.75 neatly written near the top edge.
Insides are in excellent condition and clean with no handwriting.
Pages 9-10, 11-12, 51-52 are exact photocopies of the original pages.
Small light water stain on each side of spine at top edge -- affects very few player stats.
Small light water stain on each side of top outer edge -- affects no player stats.
