Amazon Fashion is searching for an experienced talent Booker to implement the booking strategy of its growing apparel imaging studio. The talent Booker will schedule all Hair and Makeup, Styling and Art Direction talent in the studio for multiple business teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, the ability to prioritize and execute booking decisions across a time sensitive workflow and maintain the talent database for at least 2 separate businesses. The talent Booker will attend to all the miscellaneous details essential to keeping the daily scheduling process running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Assist the Booking Manager in implementing studio booking strategy for all Hair & Makeup, Photo-Stylist, and Art Director talent Partner with Imaging Operations team to monitor talent needs on a day-to-day basis and adjust bookings accordingly Maintain talent and agency database Schedule all necessary talent travel, hotel and car service Attend all studio production meetings Work with Imaging Analyst to reconcile all studio invoices Basic Qualifications * 2+ years of production and/or casting experience in a retail fashion studio Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or design professional degree * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to problem solve in fast paced, ever changing environment * Ability to collaborate across multiple teams * Ability to interpret and implement diverse creative objectives * Ability to master Amazon internal systems * Proficiency - Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, FileMaker Pro /fashionjobs /nycfashion
