The GRU Change Management Operating Model is as follows: Portfolio Management - By building a strong relationship with each Business across each region, we work with key sponsors to ensure high benefit reconciliations are prioritized in our book of work and implemented within reasonable time frames. Additionally, global enhancements need to include cross region involvement to ensure that a decision taken in one area, does not adversely affect another. F2B Analysis - Partner with our sponsors to perform targeted business, product or desk level reviews to ensure all control gaps are addressed and highlight any process issues or reconciliation deficiencies. Initiatives & Strategic Projects - One of the main components of the GRU Change Management team is project management of key initiatives. This is either on the back of findings through the F2B Analysis & Process Improvement arms or in partnership with internal stakeholders (i.e. Risk and Control, On Boarding, and BAU). Benefit Tracking - A central location and governance to ensure all tangible and intangible benefits derived from GRU activity are logged and attested in one central tracking mechanism. GRU Process Improvement - Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, continue to increase employee bench strength through our training program, Re-engineer our processes to ensure they are being conducted in the correct regions, align with the GRU Strategy and fully utilize cost avoidances . The candidate will act as an oversight function for all initiatives and strategic projects managed by GRU Change Management. Work with multiple project managers to understand objective and scope, current status of program, upcoming milestones and any other issues that need to be raised or escalated. Consolidate status into weekly pack for change lead to drive updates with senior sponsors. Create monthly and weekly newsletters. Additionally, the candidate will manage and monitor the GRU Business Development SharePoint site. Work with portfolio managers to monitor reconciliation pipeline and ensure workflow is updated. Create weekly meeting packs to review status of recon builds with sponsors and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy of sharepoint data via multiple reports and macros. Use Excel to analyze data and prepare for senior management reporting. Qualifications Strong communication skills Data analysis Attention to detail Strong Excel skills - VBA experience preferred Good PowerPoint and Word skills Exposure to SharePoint Comfortable managing up
