Oversee the technical crew, training, staffing, hiring, and scheduling. Plan and administer the scheduling of studio/production resources for use by in-house staff. Oversee technical applications and assist other department directors/managers. Direct news and other programming through the effective use of automated production systems. Qualifications Ideal candidate will posses a four-year degree or equivalent preferred as well as a minimum of six years experience in television production, management and business administration preferred. Must have intimate knowledge of studio production, ability to supervise and motivate people. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
