Good location, single 5 room house + shower, kitchen and waiting room opposite shopping center on busy street next door to doctors and dentist offices. Reserved parking. Outdoor and indoor sinage. Extremely beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. PAID FOR monthly outdoor maintenance, indoor electric, heat and airconditioning. No adverse reasons. Owner's health not good, had to stop work.
