Chi Kung, or Qigong ( "Life Energy Cultivation") is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. Developing, collecting and circulating the vital life energy, or Chi is the focus of Qigong.

Tai Chi Chuan is an internal martial art that builds internal power. Tai Chi practice tones the muscles, reduces stress, and reduces pain in the back, neck and shoulders.
