We are all on a path to bettering ourselves, to being more open and compassionate in the world. But can we do that without acknowledging our ancient brain and primal urges? During this lecture, Master Energy Tracker, Lawrence Lanoff, will guide us through what it really means to be a spiritual adult--and it doesn't include checking your humanity at the door. You will learn how to use the "mirror body sense." This Energy Tracking technique sharpens your basic elemental senses, allowing you to examine and re-contextualize the deeply rooted "flight or fright" mechanism; and sheds light on how to channel sexual energy to enhance all areas of your life. When you integrate the animal, it becomes a tool to deepen self-awareness, interpersonal connection, and communication with others.
