A well-established physical medicine/rehabilitation group (Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/ Speech language pathology) located in Midtown West is creating the first large Health and Wellness center in Manhattan. We already have Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Medicine, Yoga and Acupuncture. We are seeking like-minded, allied health professionals or body workers interested in renting/subletting space apart of our exciting business expansion.

With over 300 patients, we have outgrown our 2,000 sq ft office
complete with modern gym and rehabilitation equipment. We
are planning to move to space that is over a 6,000 sq ft STORE FRONT
facility in Midtown West with a separate mezzanine level on August 1st.

Centrally located just one block away from Penn Station and near
all subways, trains, buses and the Port Authority, our facility attracts patients from all
5 boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, and New Jersey.

We are interested in collaborating with professionals who can
complement our clinical services and provide valuable care of our
patients. For example, professionals practicing in the areas of:

• Speech language Pathologists
• Occupational Therapists
• Physicians
• Acupuncturist
• Yoga
• Massage Therapists
• Pilates Instructors
• Reiki
• Rolfing
• Feldenkrais method
• Alexander technique practioners
• Psychotherapy

Individuals will have shared use of the reception area, conference
area, kitchenette and office equipment (internet, phones, fax).
Gym space, studios and treatment rooms will be available for rental.

Please reply to this posting if you are interested in discussing this
mutually beneficial opportunity with a well-established group of
rehabilitation professionals.
