Gain knowledge and experience through a variety of structured and supervised assignments, augmented by appropriate training. Assignments meet business needs and provide the incumbent with a foundational knowledge of Customer Operations, the meter:to:cash process and labor relations practices.
At the BMA Salary Grade 24:
Work on analytical Collection projects which may include continuous improvement projects; data extraction; technical / financial review and analysis; compiling, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics toward achievement of scorecard targets; reviewing and revising documentation, preparation of presentations, etc. Gain an understanding of the supervisory/analytical role through on:the:job training. The position at times requires travel and the successful candidate must be flexible with their work schedule.
At the BMA Salary Grade 25:
All the above as well as lead in investigating and developing solutions to strengthen the processes to achieve targets. Understand the Back:Office Collections processes, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Constantly monitor existing processes and targets, make recommendations where needed. Work on Collections related projects as either a team member or departmental/process lead. Build, plan, and execute effective Collection initiatives to drive results.

Required for Grade 24:
:0:2 years professional experience
:Bachelor's Degree
:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
:Well organized and strong communication skills
:Experience in process documentation
:Analytical aptitude
:Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Required for Grade 25:
:2+ years professional experience
:Bachelor's Degree
:Demonstrated individual and team leadership skills
:Effective problem:solving, decision:making and planning and organizational skills
:Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Able to interact effectively with a diverse organization and have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
:Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
:Strong MS Office skills
:Ability to lead a small team
:Understanding of the Appliance Service Collections process
:Understanding of the Payment Hierarchy
:IT project and Change Management experience
:Proficient in writing SQL
:Skilled in process mapping
