Experience in Business Objects XI R2. BO 3.X. Strong Oracle - SQL*Plus, PL/SQL experience a plus. Should have expertise in analysis, design and development of business intelligence systems and should possess strong database skills. Understanding of business requirements. Client interaction experience will be preferred. Familiarity with onsite/offshore model. Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts. Solid architectural understanding of BI technologies and technical challenges. Exposure to BI technologies in the areas Reporting, Modeling, packaged BI, RDBMS. Should have been part of at least one end to end implementation. Awareness of CMM processes will be an added advantage. Should have excellent communication skills.
