Overview Cond Nast is offering an exciting opportunity in our Compensation department for an experienced Compensation Analyst. We seek a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a broad background in compensation and solid analytical skills. The person in this role will be accountable for managing our market insights efforts. In addition, he/she will contribute across a wide-range of Compensation programs, including playing an integral part in incentive plan development and administration. Duties * Audit sales incentive and corporate bonus calculations on a quarterly and annual basis * Track and process supplemental compensation requests * Track and report on special compensation agreements * Manage monthly sales award program * Act as point person for all discretionary spending programs * Participate in and analyze the results of compensation surveys. Stay abreast of current market trends and provide insights * Conduct job analysis studies * Provide consultation to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on compensation-related matters * Develop recommendations for compensation budgets, structures and programs * Develop and generate compensation reports * Manage PeopleSoft compensation-related tables Qualifications * 2-3 years of Compensation experience. Sales comp experience a plus * Advanced knowledge Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Hlookups, etc.) * Comfortable with reporting tools like PeopleSoft QUERY and Business Objects * Proven ability to deal with confidential data * Ability to be detail oriented while keeping the big picture in mind important * Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills a must * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail * College Graduate * CCP completed or in progress * Ability to have fun!!
